About Charlotte Pipe and Foundry
Charlotte Pipe and Foundry is a Made in America company with a long history and solid reputation in the plumbing industry. Founded in 1901, they started out making cast iron soil pipe only and then got into plastics in the 1960s. Today they manufacture both cast iron and plastic pipe and fittings. They are the largest manufacturer of DWV pipe. They primarily concentrate on wholesale plumbing, serving commercial construction and plumbing engineers as well as homebuilders, irrigation, and retail. They also focus on green building practices.

Product Offerings
Charlotte pipe and fittings are available in the following materials and sizes:
- Cast iron soil pipe – Charlotte offers a full line of extra-heavy cast iron soil pipe and fittings from 2” to 15”, and double-hub pipe from 2” to 6”. They also manufacture a full line of hubless pipe and fittings, from 1½” to 15”.
- Plastic pipe – Atlas sells PVC pipe and fittings from Charlotte in 2” up to 15”.
